The Nature Quilt Project: Illinois forests. Designed centerpiece used to raise awareness and funds to purchase Illinois private lands and host a bookathon in area middle and grade schools.

Carol Stream Middle School Labyrinth/Mandala, 50’ labyrinth painted
with industrial paint on sealed playground. Carol Stream, Illinois.

 

The Nature Quilt Project Illinois Streams and Waterways. The  Nature Quilt Project. Designed Centerpiece for 2009 Illinois Streams and Waterways quilt used to raise awareness and funds to purchase Illinois private lands, and host a bookathon in area middle and grade schools. Traveled to Industry, Ipava, West  Prairie Goodhope and Macomb schools to explore Illinois waters and ecosystems and help kids paint native plants and animals.

The Nature Quilt Project Children’s Eternal Rainforest. Designed Centerpiece for  Children’s Eternal Rainforest quilt used to raise awareness and funds to purchase a part of the Costa Rican land conservancy.

Labyrinth. 30’ diameter labyrinth constructed of crushed pink granite, pixie grass and stepping stones. Created for Western Illinois University Horrabin Hall Infant and Preschool Center, Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois.
